Boricua Concierge is a relocation consulting and logistics coordination firm. We do not own, operate, or maintain vehicles. We do not provide direct transportation, security, or medical services.
Our role is strictly limited to the strategic coordination of third-party vendors on behalf of the client.
Boricua Concierge acts as an intermediary. Clients acknowledge that physical services (transport, housing, etc.) are provided by independent third-party operators. Boricua Concierge shall not be held liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these independent providers.
All coordination missions require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure dates on our manifest and mobilize third-party assets.
